Terms of service

These terms govern your use of hotaibuild.com (the “Service”), operated by hotaibuild (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, submitting a listing or purchasing a boost, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that submit false information, manipulate votes, or attempt to interfere with the Service.

2. Listings

Listings are free. By submitting, you confirm you own or are authorised to promote the product, that the link resolves to a working product, and that your description is accurate. We may edit, hide or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that violate section 5. Removal does not entitle you to a refund of unrelated purchases.

3. Boosted placements

Boosts are paid promotions sold in fixed windows (24 hours, 72 hours or 7 days) for a position determined by bid amount. Placement is not exclusive and may shift as other bids arrive. All boosted rows are labelled. Purchases are one-time and non-refundable once the placement has started, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the placement.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Creem handles payment processing, applicable VAT/GST/sales tax, invoicing, fraud screening and chargebacks. Your purchase is also subject to Creem’s buyer terms. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply conversion fees.

5. Acceptable use

You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that sexualises minors; impersonate another person or company; scrape the Service at a rate that degrades it; or attempt to manipulate rankings, votes or analytics. You may not resell access to the Service without written permission.

6. Third-party products

Listings link to products we do not control. We do not endorse, warrant or support them, and any transaction you make with a listed maker is between you and them.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
